Twilight Ballet
At GlowFit, we illuminate the path to holistic fitness and mental wellness through the art of Ballet.
Our one of a kind Twilight Ballet class is nestled in a room adorned with enchanting candles and twinkling fairy lights, designed to ignite your "inner glow". We believe that sculpting your core and toning your body while invigorating your mind and soul offers a balanced approach to fitness.

Twilight Ballet begins with a warm up followed by traditional ballet exercises. We spend the second part of the class learning a routine inspired by our dancers passions. So far we have worked on routines inspired by the Seasons, Fairies, Bridgerton and the Patriarchy. We finish class with a cool down and stretch.
